Single Koru Cloak PinThe Cloak Pin was a beautiful form of adornment traditionally used by women of high rank to indicate their standing within the community. They were usually hand carved out of bone, wood or greenstone.
It is very uncommon to see cloak pins worn today and we couldn’t contain our excitement when we first saw one that our beautiful friend and colleague Bill Scott had carved out of bone. We love the versatility of these - a hairpin, a necklace or threaded through a chunky cardi. HOT HOT HOT!
