We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will organise replacement, refund or credit! (excluding shipping costs).

Damaged Product?

If you receive a damaged item, please let us know and we will organise a replacement, refund or credit.  Just send the damaged item back to us and we'll take care of the rest!

Postage!

Too Luscious expect that you will pay for the cost of getting your purchase to you. Too Luscious use a reputable, safe, standard courier service, which is the same low cost wherever you are in New Zealand - $6.70NZD.  

 

Timing

Too Luscious send out your goodies as soon as we receive your payment, not before! (Unless you have an account with us.  Contact us to find out more).  So if you send us a cheque expect your package to arrive after we have received and cleared your payment.

Please also remember that at Too Luscious, all our products are handmade and can take up to two weeks to get to you - please ask to confirm the timeframe with us.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.  We do not, and will not give out your information to others.  We keep your contact and postal details with us, on file, to make future orders easier for you. 

Cost

All our prices are in NZ Dollars, and include 12.5% GST (Goods and Services Tax).  Orders made from outside New Zealand will have this 12.5% automatically deducted at the time of purchase.

Payments

Too Luscious have several payment options.  We accept all major credit cards, direct credit, and cheques. Whichever works for you!  Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment.
